Paid for the highest level exterior wash they had to include tires. Left with bugs still on front windshield and car. Tires not clean. Might be ok place for lowest price service....but don't waste your money on tge $25 wash. Window pictures are hard to get; but there's bug guts in 5 places still.

I can’t say enough good things about White Horse Auto Wash! The full-service wash was absolutely worth it. My car looked and smelled like it had just come off the showroom floor. The attention to detail was impressive, and it’s clear the team really takes pride in their work. What really stood out, though, was the General Manager, Joseph. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. It’s rare to meet a manager who’s so hands-on and willing to answer questions, help customers, and make everyone feel welcome. You can tell Joseph has built a great team because everyone was courteous, hardworking, and focused on providing excellent service. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a car wash that truly cares about quality and treats customers right, I highly recommend White Horse Auto Wash. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What a joke! Paid $100 for the highest option thinking my interior detail would come out clean. I told them how the dealer I got the car from yesterday had let me down by leaving it disgusting even after “detailing”. I pointed out the areas of concern before paying and was assured it would be great. Unfortunately they missed the mark and I cannot recommend this place. Dirt, Pet/Human Hair, Candy in door pockets, soda spray on interior door pillar and headliner in small spot. Excessive cleaner / protectant sprayed all over and not whipped dry. Hands couldn’t hold wheel it was so wet and slimy. I guess you get what you pay for. I just wanted a fresh starting point for my new to me car. Will not return!

Best value for the service anywhere!! The manager had his guys like a machine. 100 degree day, no problem. Don’t waste your money n time anywhere else. Got the meticulous wash. Would not hesitate to let this crew take care of your vehicle.

This is the second time I have been to this establishment to leave disappointed. I got the $45 wash that includes the interior and exterior. I did not expect it to be perfect but I did expect the car to not still be caked with dirt. It’s like they didn’t even try to wipe the car down to remove the dirt. I usually clean my one car at home but was pressed for time. Now I still have to go home and clean the car. Plus I’m out of $45 plus tip. The pictures attached are after they serviced the car. Save your money and wash your own car or choose a different car wash.
